At RESTORE, we pride ourselves on our patient’s journey. It is very important to us, we aim to ensure you feel reassured, and know what to expect from your treatment. We offer a unique end-to-end service. Our staff are well trained and experienced and will care for you from the moment we first hear from you up until your final review. On this page we highlight our commitment to excellence and comprehensive care from your initial consultation to post treatment care.

Not only do we strive to deliver the very best possible results to our patients but we also endeavor to make the whole patient journey enjoyable, relaxing, stress-free and with the end result being totally worthwhile and rewarding.

From when you first contact the clinic, you will be greeted by a professional, friendly and caring member of the team, who will provide you with any information you may require.

What can you expect on your patient journey?

Initial Contact

We will respond to each and every form of communication from you in a professional, friendly, helpful and courteous manner. Our first impressions begin during a new patient enquiry. We will try and obtain as much information as possible in order to arrange for you to see the most relevant member of our team.

Arriving at RESTORE

Your initial appointment will be thorough. It involves both a clinician of the relevant specialty and our treatment co-ordinator. You’ll fill out a medical history questionnaire and we will take photographs and relevant X-rays that will complement our thorough clinical examination.

Consultation

This is probably the single most important visit in dentistry as it involves discussion on your bespoke treatment options and we will show you before and after photos of similar cases if applicable. All that is discussed will be detailed on a clinical report along with a letter to your referring dentist to keep them updated.

Making a Right Choice

Our Specialists will fully engage with you and support you throughout the process so that you are able to make the right treatment decision, that fits your requirements. We will also tell you if any particular treatment is not in your best interest and well-being.

Treatment

We will cater for your specific requirements and will happily work around your lifestyle to accommodate appointments. Throughout, we’ll be available any time of day, any day of the week, at the other end of the phone. We will make sure any worries you have are completely settled.

Post Treatment Care

When your treatment is over, we’re pretty confident that we’ll have got everything right. However, if necessary and to be on the safe side, we continue seeing patients for post-treatment review – this will be very much dictated by your dental needs. If you are referred by your general dental practitioner for specialist treatment, you will be discharged back to your dentist following completion of your treatment.
